Slow Cooker Apple Rosemary Pork Roast


1 ethically raised pork shoulder roast - mine was about 3 lbs

1 cup bone broth

6 sprigs fresh rosemary

Basil leaves from 4 sprigs

1 TBSP chopped chives

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp ground black pepper (omit for AIP) 

3 organic Pink Lady apples, chopped (I didn't peal mine but you can)


1. Turn your slow cooker onto low heat and all the ingredients

2. Cook on low for 8-10 hours

3. Serve and enjoy!
