Simply Sweet Tomato Soup


6 cups baby tomatoes, washed and dried

1 can full fat coconut milk  

2 TBSP grassfed ghee

1 TBSP dried organic basil

1/4 tsp sea salt (plus more if desired) 

1/8-1/4 tsp ground black pepper (depending on taste) 


1. Add baby tomatoes and coconut milk to your blender and blend until smooth

2. Transfer ingredients to a large pot on the stove and turn the burner to medium heat

3. Add remaining ingredients and allow the soup to come to a boil

4. Simmer for 5-10 minutes

5. Remove from heat, serve and enjoy!
