Simply Sweet Tomato Sauce


4 cups baby tomatoes

1/2 cup packed fresh parsley 

2 TBSP chopped fresh chives

1/4 tsp sea salt (plus more to taste) 

1/8 tsp black pepper 

3-4 tsp organic coconut flour 


1. Place all the ingredients, except the coconut flour, into your blender or food processor and blend until desired texture

2. Pour sauce into large bowl

3. Add coconut flour one teaspoon at a time until it thickens to your liking

4. Serve and enjoy!
