Paleo Curried Lemon Coconut Chicken


1 can full fat coconut milk

zest and juice from 1 lemon (equivalent to 1/4 cup lemon juice) 

1 TBSP curry spice

1 tsp tumeric

1/2 tsp sea salt

6 chicken breasts or thighs 


1. Turn your slow cooker onto high heat

2. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker

3. Cook for 4 hours

4. Serve and enjoy!
