Paleo Cream of Cauliflower Soup


4 cups bone broth

1 can organic full fat coconut milk  

1 head cauliflower, chopped

1/2 cup packed fresh parsley

4 TBSP bacon fat 

2 TBSP organic coconut flour 

2 TBSP chopped fresh chives

1 TBSP dried tarragon 

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper 


1. Place a large pot on the stove on medium heat

2. Add all of the ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil

3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes

4. Remove pot from heat

5. Use your submersion blender and blend the soup until smooth

6. Serve and enjoy!
