Chocolate Raspberry Cup Ingredients

Chocolate Ingredients

1 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

1/4 cup raw honey, melted (if you want them extra sweet feel free to add 1-2 more TBSP) - sub maple syrup for vegan

1/3 cup cacao powder

1 tsp organic vanilla extract

pinch sea salt

Raspberry Layer Ingredients

1 cup fresh raspberries

2 TBSP coconut manna, melted


1. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the chocolate layer ingredients, until smooth

2. Line a muffin tray with silicon muffin cups

3. Spoon approximately 2 TBSP of the chocolate sauce into each muffin cup

4. Place the tray in the freezer for 20-25 minutes

5. While the chocolate is freezing, using another bowl, stir together the raspberry layer ingredients until smooth

6. Add a small amount of the raspberry layer onto each chocolate cup

7. Cover the raspberry layer with the remaining chocolate sauce

8. Place the tray back in the freezer for an additional 45-60 minutes

9. Serve and enjoy!
