Paleo Chocolate Ice Cream


2 1/2 cups full fat coconut milk

1/2 cup coconut manna

1/4 cup honey

1 TBSP organic vanilla extract

1/3 cup cacao powder

pinch sea salt

Optional (but highly recommended): 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides


1. Place all the ingredients in your Vitamix blender

2. Blend until smooth

3. Pour into a freezer safe dish (I used a bread pan)

4. Place the dish in the freezer for 1.5 - 2 hours (depending on how soft you like your ice cream)

5. Serve and enjoy!
