Orange Chocolate Energy Balls

Ingredients

10 ounces dates

1 cup raisins 

1 cup raw cashews (preferably soaked and dehydrated first for easier digestion and nutrient utilization) 

1 cup raw sunflower seeds (preferably soaked and dehydrated first for easier digestion and nutrient utilization)

1 cup shredded coconut 

1/2 cup organic cacao powder

6 TBSP melted coconut oil

Zest and juice from 2 navel oranges


Directions

1. Place all of the ingredients into your food processor

2. Process until desired consistency (I still like to have some crunch to mine)

3. Using your palms form ~1 inch balls 

4. Place the balls in the fridge for ~1hour

5. Serve and enjoy!
