Chocolate Raspberry Bliss Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1 1/2 cups coconut milk

1/3 cup cacao powder

1/4 cup melted coconut butter or coconut manna 


Optional additions: 

1-2 TBSP grassfed gelatin (not if vegan) 

1-2 TBSP chia seeds

1 cup fresh spinach

1/2 avocado


Optional topping ideas:

Fresh berries

Shredded coconut

Raw seeds or nuts

Cacao nibs

Drizzle of honey or maple syrup 


Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in your high speed blender (including any optional additions)

2. Blend well until smooth

3. Transfer the smoothie to a bowl (or glass if you prefer)

4. Add the optional toppings 

5. Serve and enjoy!
