Mike and Sarah Roush
Between Mike and Sarah, they have coached basketball, softball, volleyball, tennis, and select soccer for 36 years. They had coached volleyball at Xenia High School, and before leaving, the JV team had posted Xenia’s first winning record for any team there in 31 years. They coached Carroll High School's  9th grade and JV squads and were blessed with great athletes and 2 winning seasons. They also coach an independent/home school (fall) high school team called Faith Christian High School, based out of Faith Community United Methodist Church in Xenia, Ohio. The team took runner-up at their Regional tourney in Erie, PA in their first year together, and the team last year consisting of current Magic coaches took 1st place at their Regional tournament, beating teams from New York, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Sarah and Mike had coached 2 other clubs before starting Magic to incorporate some changes in philosophies and goals.

    Melissa Holt ................Former Tecumseh Middle School 8th Coach since 2005 has played, coached and  has been involved with volleyball since 1981. She played six years of volleyball for Tecumseh Local Schools and also played on  many adult A/B leagues since graduating in 1987.  She started out assistant coaching in 2005 for Tecumseh Middle School for the 7th and 8th grade volleyball moving to head coach position for the 8th grade team in 2006.  She has also guest coached for Tecumseh High School JV team in 2012 and was the Assistant Coach for CBVC Matchpoint Volleyball Club in 2012 and SOJO volleyball in 2008 and National Trails youth volleyball in 2007.

 Career highpoint -With many winning records in 2011 her 8th Middle School team went undefeated with a record of 21-0 in Central Buckeye Conference seeding 1st and placing second in the championships.  Leaving her coaching position in 2012 due to a career change,  Coach Holt has two daughters who have played for Magic Volleyball Club since 2008.  Melissa is very excited to be coaching for Magic Volleyball this year and to be back in the club where her daughter, Allyson considers "Back Home".

     Jessica McCann Erbaugh has played volleyball since the 7th grade. She played for Sarah and Mike her Junior and Senior year at Xenia High School. She went on to play college volleyball at Clark State and Sinclair Community College. At Sinclair, Jessica played libero while rackeing up the third highest digs in the nation. Jessica has coached 12's, 13's, and 14's at Greene County Volleyball Club. Last year Jessica coached the 14's along side Sarah and Mike at Magic! She is very excited to coach the 17's this year.
