“HOLDING SEATS”

For personnel assigned as Department Chiefs, Operations, Superintendents, Training Officers, or Department Point of Contact, with the responsibility and authority to schedule personnel for training I can use the “Holding Seat” process to reserve seats for you. You will need to contact me directly and provide the name, phone number and department of the personnel you are requesting a seat for and if available I will make the reservation. Applications are still required to be processed through the State SAA’s office for approval however; using this system you will know seats are available for you.

“TEAM TRAINING”

Several departments utilize the Team Training concept and send as many as 60 personnel at one time to the Center for training. With some prior coordination we have been able to support agencies in their request for special classes. If you have any special request for dates /classes contact me and once the details are worked out I will keep the state informed of the request and when approved the applications will be routed through the state office for final approval.

Please feel free share this information with other responder agencies within your community.
