Brian Rust Director of Safety at Cooley Dickinson Hospital and a member of the Executive Committee has developed a security training PowerPoint to help communities plan for EDS security. When developing your security plan make sure to work with your local Police Department and the Emergency Management Director. If the EDS is in a school, then include the facilities manager as well. Attached you will find a security planning checklist and an agreement form between the Board of Health/Health Department and the Police Department. The PPT is also available. All of these Word documents are included in your EDS toolkit in paper form and on the thumb-drive in an electronic version
