Each year, the Graduate Program in Public Health (GPPH) coordinates events around National Public Health Week through development of a variety of programs and activities for students, faculty, and staff. Since public health is a broad and multi-disciplinary field, we collaborate with many departments and organizations on campus to demonstrate the connectivity of this profession.
This year, Public Health Month will take place from Monday, April 1, 2013 to Tuesday, April 30, 2013 and will include programs related to public health topics such as safety, wellness, mental health, preventive health, environmental health, research, and community outreach.
Public Health Month at Stony Brook would not be possible without the support of our sponsors.
