Partnership for Advancing Integrated STEM Education

The vision of P-STEM is transformation of educational environments through enhanced preparation of teachers to deliver engaging, integrated STEM learning experiences. The goals of P-STEM are to: 1) enable and prepare students in grades 3-12 to master the Indiana standards in mathematics and science, 2) provide high-quality STEM PD and graduate coursework focused on improving the quality of instruction for students in grades 3-12 through improved teacher pedagogical content knowledge and attitudes, 3) develop and implement a STEM summer bridge program for students in grades 6-8, 4) develop and implement a student support system offered outside of the regular STEM class. 


This grant is funded by the Department of Education in the State of Indiana. The P-STEM Partnership is between Purdue University, Maconaquah Schools, and Kokomo Schools.
