The Pamela Smith Foundation, Inc. seeks to enhance the potential of incarcerated women in Oklahoma to lead successful and productive lives by providing intervention, educational services. 

The Pamela Smith Foundation, Inc. provides services and programs to address inmate needs and facilitate the successful reintegration of inmates into society. The Pamela Smith Foundation, Inc. works very closely with individuals to offer a set of programs and services that vary based on the specific needs of the individual. 

The programs offered by the Pamela Smith Foundation, Inc. include education, intervention, training , clothing, and re-entry services. Research shows that participation in a variety of programs that teach marketable skills helps to reduce recidivism. The Pamela Smith Foundation, Inc. seeks to offer a wide variety of program opportunities for inmates that teach pro-social values and life skills.
