Postdoctoral position in applied social psychology, Department of Psychology, Wright State University, Dayton, OH 45435

 Seeking highly motivated recent PhD in behavioral sciences (social psychology preferred) to conduct research on a NSF-funded sponsored program, ADVANCE, which strives to improve the workplace climate for women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
(STEM) at four diverse institutions (www.wright.edu/leader). The applicant is required to possess knowledge and experience in persuasion and research, data analysis, and writing skills. An interest in diversity issues, laboratory and field experimentation skills, publication history and interdisciplinary team experience preferred. Research responsibilities include developing, implementing and evaluating a persuasion campaign to improve the STEM climate for women. Funding is available for two years; renewal for the second year contingent upon performance. The position is available immediately; must be available to start no later than
