Breakfast was at the hotel Lasaretti, after which we went into town, we wanted to buy some things for the memory of our stay in Oulu, which is that's coming to an end, because tomorrow we travel home.

The day was again beautiful, warm and sunny. It was really fun to visit the shops, everything was a lot of people felt that the Saturday and to all a good mood.

After dinner, we had to slowly pack their belongings, and write final reports that are required to submit as part of our project experience to the job "-Leonardo da Vinci.

We managed to still go and swimming pool, an activity to us was particularly comfortable and attractive. The boys had managed to ride the bikes, we got to the free use during our stay.

After a lot of nice experiences and new experiences, we are excited for tomorrow provratka home.

15.05.2010. - Subota
 
Doručak je bio u hotelu Lasaretti, nakon kojeg smo se uputili u grad, željeli smo kupiti neke sitnice za uspomenu na naš boravak u Oulu, koji se eto približava kraju, jer sutra putujemo kući.
Dan je ponovno predivan, topao i sunčan. Bilo je jako zabavno obilaziti dućane, sve je bilo puno ljudi, osjetilo se da je subota i da su svi dobro raspoloženi.
Nakon ručka, morali smo polako pakirati svoje stvari, ali i pisati završna izvješća koja smo obavezni predati u okviru našeg projekta "Iskustvom do posla"-Leonardo da Vinci.
Uspjeli smo još otići i na bazen, ta aktivnost nam je bila osobito ugodna i privlačna. Dečki su se uspjeli i provozati biciklima, koje smo dobili na slobodno korištenje za vrijeme našeg boravka.
Nakon puno lijepih doživljaja i novih iskustava, uzbuđeni smo zbog sutrašnjeg provratka kući.

Today was a wonderful trip planned for the ferry to the island Hailutoto. After we came g.Juha Ahonen and Mrs. Daria, and we all piled into a van and set off to explore new surroundings. Since the ferry was moving at 10.30, we had enough time, and we used to visit the famous summer destinations Naliagari long sandy beach.

After minor problems due to delays ferry, we arrived at the target. The island we were very surprised because it looks completely different from our own shores. In the middle of the woods and on the outer edges of the long sandy beach. There were many birds. More looks different from our own and do not over salt. We did a lot of ljepih photos, and a long beach walk.

Together we went to lunch, which has glass walls overlooking the sea, so we enjoyed the view. We visited a museum that tells about the tradition, history and animal species that live on the island.

Upon returning, we visited a farm reindeer and feed them special dried moss. The day was extremely warm, I'd say the summer, so we have a feeling that we stayed here in two seasons, winter, when we arrived and now summer. We came back around 18:00. The evening we spent in our get-together.

14.05.2010. - Petak

Današnji dan je bio planiran za prekrasan izlet trajektom na obližnji otok Hailutoto. Po nas je došao g.Juha Ahonen i gđa. Daria, te smo se svi potrpali u kombi, te se uputili u istraživanje nove okoline. Obzirom je trajekt kretao u 10.30, imali smo dovoljno vremena, te smo iskoristili za obilazak poznate ljetne destinacije dugačke pješčane plaže Naliagari.

Nakon manjih problema zbog kašnjenja trajekta, stigli smo na cilj. Otok nas je jako iznenadio jer izgleda sasvim drugačije od naše obale. U središtu su šume, a na vanjskim rubovima dugačke pješčane plaže. Bilo je mnogo ptica. More izgleda drugačije od našeg i nije gotovo uopće slano. Napravili smo mnogo ljepih fotografija, te prošetali dugom plažom.

Zajedno smo otišli na ručak, koji ima staklenu stijenu s pogledom na more, tako da smo uživali u pogledu. Obišli smo muzej koji govori o tradiciji, prošlosti i životinjskim vrstama koje žive na otoku.

Po povratku smo posjetili farmu sobova, te ih nahranili specijalnom sušenom mahovinom. Dan je bio iznimno topao, rekla bih ljetni, tako da imamo osjećaj kao da smo ovdje boravili u dva godišnja doba; zima kada smo stigli i sada ljeto. Vratili smo se oko 18.00 sati. Večer smo proveli u zajedničkom druženju.

Today is a church holiday, so that the non-working day. We have today had breakfast at a nearby hotel, so he was served a really nice and luxurious, and we enjoy the abundant supply. The boys went to see the city and surrounding area by bike, and I hung out with her friend May. We went to walk into town.

The day was unusually warm, the right not spring, but summer day (25 degrees), so they are given the day off, many locals Oulu walking, riding a bicycle, a local square was full of people who were resting in the sun. Very ljepi atmosphere.

After lunch we have with our mentor Helen and her assistant Tina, with whom we have successfully done two days of practical work, go to the bowling to enjoy spending free time together and still know better. The game is very interesting, but to us it was the first time, so it was lots of laughter. I think this game will be repeated in Zagreb, because everyone is very liked.

Socialize, we continued on the main square by the sea, where she was a wonderful atmosphere, lots of people, even a gentleman playing the guitar, we were reminded in the summer time on our coast. We welcomed to our beloved mentor, we are truly dedicated their time and organized for us and funny moments to remember.

13.05.2010. - Četvrtak
 
Danas je crkveni praznik, tako da je neradni dan. Mi smo danas imali doručak u obližnjem hotelu, tako da je bio poslužen zaista lijepo i raskošno, a mi smo uživali u obilnoj ponudi. Dečki su otišli u razgledavati grad i okolicu biciklom, a ja sam se družila sa prijateljicom Maju. Otišli smo prošetati u grad.
Dan je bio neobično topao, pravi ne proljetni, nego ljetni dan (25 stupnjeva), tako da su obzirom na slobodan dan mnogi mještani Oulua šetali, vozili bicikl, a mjesni trg je bio pun ljudi koji su se odmarali na suncu. Vrlo ljepi ugođaj.
Nakon ručka smo sa našom mentoricom Helenom i njenom asistenticom Tinom, sa kojima smo uspješno odradili dva dana praktičnog rada,  otišli na kuglanje kako bi uživali u zajedničkom provođenju slobodnog vremena i još se bolje upoznali. Igra je vrlo zanimljiva, no svima nam je bilo prvi put, tako da je bilo puno smijeha. Mislim da ćemo tu igru ponoviti i u Zagrebu, jer se svima vrlo svidjela.
Zajedničko druženje nastavili smo na glavnom gradskom trgu uz more, gdje je bila prekrasna atmosfera, puno ljudi, čak je jedan gospodin svirao na gitari, što nas je podsjetilo na ljetne trenutke na našoj obali. Pozdravili smo se sa našim dragim mentoricama, koje su nam zaista posvetile svoje vrijeme i organizirali za nas zabavne trenutke za pamćenje.

Professional practice in the restaurant we odrađivali Mortteli. It was very interesting because we did not have mentors, but we got a challenging task with young Finnish students prepare first grade Finnish national menu. We got a recipe and divided into four teams, we were leaders, and Finnish students of our assistants. This combination was very interesting because we had to Finnish students learn techniques Kuharstvo (chopping, mixing, use of equipment and tools kuhaskih ..), and they are directed to a dish should look.

We are preparing for the main course - braised sobovsko meat, side dish-mashed potato, cannon bit of wild fruit, mixed salad and for dessert we have prepared a traditional delicacy prosušenog soft cheese and cream with spices.

Since we first meet with some dishes, in the beginning we were mostly confused, so we decided to get help on the internet, and we found the food photos, and more easily done task. We started cooking at 8.30, and all should be served to 18 people in 11.00.h.

Cooking was very fun and we were all satisfied with the results. Together we had lunch with our guests and zhvalila us and gave us gifts of a symbolic leader for international projects mrs. Marja-Liisa Pentila. And we thanked our hosts for this wonderful experience. After lunch we pospremili kitchen, and with our new friends went to their classes in order to be better informed.

At 14.00 h we agreed tour of the city Oulu bike, and head of us was gđa.Kirsi Pellinen. Since the city of Oulu, which has a beautiful bike trails in nature, but in town, we managed to visit a much larger area than what we could do now on foot. We saw a beautiful fourth Oulun along the river, visited a botanical garden, know the history of individual buildings, and together they went to the ice cream. We enjoyed riding and learning the magic of this town.

12.05.2010.- Srijeda

Današnji dan stručnu praksu smo odrađivali u restoranu Mortteli. Bilo je vrlo interesantno jer danas nismo imali mentora, već smo dobili izazovni zadatak da sa mladim finskim učenicima prvog razreda pripremimo finski nacionalni meni. Dobili smo recepture i podjelili se u četiri tima, mi smo bili voditelji ,a finski učenici naši asistenti. Ta kombinacija je bila vrlo interesantna jer smo mi morali finske učenike učiti tehnikama kuharstva (sjeckanje, miješanje, korištenje kuhaskih uređaja i alata..), a oni su usmjeravali kako jelo treba izgledati.

Pripremali smo za glavno jelo - pirjano sobovsko meso, prilog-pire krumpir, đem od šumskog voća, mješana salata, a za desert smo pripremili tradicionalnu poslasticu od mekog prosušenog sira i slatkog vrhnja uz začine.

Budući smo se prvi put susretli sa nekim jelima, u početku nas je to najviše zbunjivalo, pa smo odlučili potražiti pomoć na internetu, te smo za ta jela pronašli fotografije i lakše odradili zadatak. Počeli smo kuhati u 8.30 ,a sve je trebalo biti posluženo za 18 osoba u 11.00.h.

Kuhanje je bilo vrlo zabavno i svi smo bili zadovoljni sa rezultatom. Zajedno smo ručali sa našim gostima, a zhvalila nam se i predala nam simbolične poklone voditeljica za međunarodne projekte gđa. Marja-Liisa Pentila. I mi smo se zahvalili našim domaćinima na ovom prekrasnom iskustvu. Nakon ručka, pospremili smo kuhinju, te sa našim novim prijateljima otišli u njihov razred kako bi se još bolje upoznali.


U 14.00 h dogovorili smo obilazak grada Oulua biciklima, a voditeljica nam je bila gđa.Kirsi Pellinen. Obzirom je Oulu grad koji ima prekrasne biciklističke staze u prirodi, ali i u gradu, uspjeli smo obići puno veće područje nego što smo mogli do sada pješice. Vidjeli smo predivne četvrti uz rijeku Oulun, posjetili botanički vrt, upoznali povijest pojedinih građevina, te zajedno otišli na sladoled. Uživali smo u vožnji i upoznavanju ljepota ovog gradića.

Today the practice was very exciting. Our task was self-prepared sweet bread with teamwork. We ourselves have chosen the recipe, and all should be prepared for 60 pieces kruhčića. We decided to intervene in the basic mixture of raisins and prunes. We all worked together and managed to time to prepare delicious cookies. Our boss today was Mr Pekka, who after being examined and tried to assess our work is very well managed, and included it in today's restaurants offer. We were therefore very proud that we have put together in a decorative basket, in order to be privlačene restaurant for guests.

Our mentor Kaisa, led us in the adjoining restaurant, in order to display their work, and there we met the friendly chef who moved to Finland from Switzerland. Here we had lunch and excellent dishes.

After completion of practice, afternoon rest we used for sightseeing and socializing with a new friend, who showed us the best places for shopping in Oulu. We liked the very town that is fine except the central part where the mnoštovo shops and beautiful park that follows the river, with marked trails, for walking, riding bicikolom ... So it is very pleasant walk from our College Center. We enjoyed.

11.05.2010.- Utorak

Današnji dan na praksi je bilo vrlo uzbudljiv. Naš zadatak je bio samostalna priprema slatkog kruha uz timski rad. Sami smo odabrali recepturu, a sve je trebalo pripremiti za 60 komada kruhčića. Odlučili smo u osnovnu smjesu umiješati grožđice i suhe šljive. Svi smo složno radili, te uspjeli na vrijeme pripraviti ukusne kolačiće. Naš šef danas je bio g. Pekka, koji nakon što je pregledao i probao ocijenio da je naš rad vrlo dobro uspio, te ga uvrstio u današnju ponudu restorana. Mi smo bili zbog toga jako ponosni, te smo ih posložili u dekorativne košare, kako bi bile privlačene za goste restorana.

Naša mentorica Kaisa, odvela nas je u susjedan restoran, kako bi nam prikazala njihov rad, a tu smo upoznali simpatičnog glavnog kuhara koji se u Finsku doselio iz Švicerske. Ovdje smo i ručali izvrsna jela.

Nakon obavljene prakse, popodnevni dio odmora iskoristili smo za obilazak grada i druženje s novom prijateljicom, koja nam je pokazala i najbolja mjesta za shoping u Oulu. Jako nam se svidio gradić koji ima osim lijepog centralnog dijela u kojem je mnoštovo dućana i prekrasan park koji prati rijeku, uz uređene staze za šetnju, vožnju bicikolom... Tako da je vrlo ugodno prošetati od našeg Collega do Centra. Uživali smo.

Today we did our practice in the restaurant Kasarmi. This is a very unusual restaurant, located in a large wooden house, which has historically been a barracks, around the wall in the hall to eat the general picture, and everything is greenish tone.

Her advisor was our cook Kaisa, very communicative and cheerful person, so it is very comfortable with her work. There were other cooks and young people to practice. Kaisa us is deployed so that everyone got their work task. Marijan is preparing a bakery cake made of leavened dough, and Gordon and I are prepared for mixed salad. As I mentioned earlier, their salads are always rich and consist of various vegetables. This today was from cvijetaće and broccoli, onions and zucchini. The whole work consists mainly of chop vegetables in different ways, and interconnection with mild sauce.

Menu loved it Marijanov task cakes of leavened dough. Machine has dough mixers, a hand-shaped into a ball with a hole in the middle of the cookies before baking sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake for 10 minutes in a special oven (convection oven). When you are ready once again sprinkled with powdered sugar. Marijan has made 60 of these cakes. They were very delicious. I am very interested and wanted to try tomorrow to prepare the cake.

After that, we all prepared homemade bread, and agreed on tomorrows task can build a sweet bread.

In the afternoon we practiced extracurricular activities, the boys were swimming in the pool, and I enjoyed the gym and hung out hung out with a new friend Maja.

10.05.2010.- Finska- ponedjeljak

Danas smo našu praksu odradili u restoranu Kasarmi. To je vrlo neobičan restoran, koji se nalazi u velikoj drvenoj kući, koja je povijesno bila kasarna, svuda po zidu u sali za jelo su slike vojskovođa, a sve je u zelenkastom tonu.

Mentorica nam je bila kuharica Kaisa, vrlo komunikativna i vesela osoba, tako da je s njom vrlo ugodno raditi. Tu su bili i drugi kuhari i mladi na praksi. Kaisa nas je rasporedila tako da je svatko dobio svoj radni zadatak. Marijan je u pekarni pripremao kolače od dizanog tijesta, a Gordan i ja smo pripravljali mješanu salatu. Kao što sam već ranije spominjala, njihove salate su uvijek bogate i sastoje se od raznovrsnog povrća. Ova današnja je bila od cvijetaće i brokule, luka, tikvica. Cijeli posao sastoji se uglavnom od sjeckanja povrća na različite načine, te međusobnog povezivanja blagim umakom.

Meni se jako svidio Marijanov zadatak pripreme kolača od dizanog tijesta. Strojno je mješao tijesto, a ručno oblikovao u loptice sa rupom u sredini Kolačići se prije pečenja posipaju sa krupnim šečerom. Peku se 10 minuta u posebnim pečnicama (konvekcijske peći). Kada su gotovi još se jednom posipaju šečerom u prahu. Marijan je izradio 60 takvih kolača. Bili su jako ukusni. Ja sam se jako zainteresirala i poželjela sutra se okušati u pripravi kolača.

Nakon toga svi smo zajedno pripremali domaći kruh, te dogovorili sutrašnji zadatak samostalnu izradu slatkog kruha.

Popodne smo se bavili slobodnim aktivnostima, dečki su se kupali u bazenu, a ja sam uživala u teretani, te se družila s družila s novom prijateljicom Majom.

Since today is Sunday, we planned to take a rest from an exciting week. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast at the hotel. We joined the sport-gym, basketball, and lunch. Thereafter, friendly teacher Kuharstvo Helen invited us kakobi we showed a golf course on which she plays golf, and offered to become our instructor. So the first time we can learn something about this new sport for us. The day was overcast, but we had luck, which is not raining. So we tried all the basic position in golf, some more, some less successfully, but we all pretty fun.

We walked the beautiful nature in the golf course, surrounded by rivers and beautiful meadows and forests.

Upon returning, we participate in sports within our college, appeared via Skype and mail to your home, which is very fun because even we can see through the camera! We hung out with colleagues from Finland, and together they played billiards. Since today is Mother's Day, we had a luncheon at the hotel, and we've already got a good picture of Finnish cuisine, you would characterize as a kitchen with lots of different salad vegetables, fish (salmon), the unusual meat (reindeer), all with very a bit of spice, prepared without or with very little oil. We all decided that we like, but it is very different from ours Croatian cuisine.

Budući je danas nedjelja, planirali smo se odmoriti od uzbudljivog tjedna. Ujutro smo imali divan doručak u hotelu. Uključili smo se u sportske aktivnosti- teretana, košarka, do ručka. Nakon toga, ljubazna nastavnica kuharstva Helen nas je pozvala  kakobi nam pokazala golf teren na kojem ona igra golf, te se ponudila postati našom instruktoricom. Tako smo po prvi puta mogli saznati nešto o tom za nas novom sportu.  Dan je bio oblačan, no imali smo sreću što nije padala kiša. Tako  smo svi iskušali osnovnu poziciju u golfu, neki više, a neki manje uspješno, no svi smo se lijepo zabavili.

Prošetali smo i lijepom prirodom u okviru golf terena, okruženu rijekom i lijepim livadama, te šumom.

Po povratku smo se bavili sportom unutar našeg Collega, javljali se putem Skypa i maila svojima doma, što je vrlo zabavno jer se čak možemo i vidjeti putem kamere! Družili smo se i sa kolegama iz Finske, te zajedno igrali biljar. Obzirom je danas Majčin dan, imali smo svečani ručak u hotelu, te smo već dobili dobru sliku Finske kuhinje, koju bi okarakterizirali kao kuhinju s puno raznovrsnih salata od povrća, ribe (losos), neobičnog mesa (sob), a sve je sa vrlo malo začina, pripremljeno bez ili s vrlo malo ulja. Svi smo zaključili da nam se sviđa, ali je vrlo drugačija od naše hrvatske kuhinje.

Today was booked for a trip to the north of Finland, the aim was to visit Santa Claus Village, (which is known as a tourist destination, especially at Christmas time) and the city Rovanijemi, through which passes the Tropic of Cancer, and therefore formed a natural phenomenon - the sun in the summer time at night does not go, but remains on the horizon, and in winter there is a period when the sun comes out. The Rovanijemiju the famous museum Arktikum-which is the science center.

The tour van drove us g.Juha Ahonen, and joined us, and student Maya, who is of Croatian origin, but speaks very good English, and only a little Croatian. It was a great experience because we all can practice languages.

The day was beautiful and sunny, we had a chance to see many beautiful areas of northern Finland, rivers, lakes, forests, the only thing that has not arrived here yet, "Spring" (though it is timely commenced, the nature is only now awakening), so that there is no greenery , and sometimes still snow accumulations. We drove for three hours, visited the village of Santa Claus, with him and even talked about the reason for our stay in Finland, and he promised to come around Christmas in our country. We photographed and filmed as a souvenir. But rarely has the opportunity to come to the village Santa Claus at the North of the Earth, we will be happy memories.

Arktitkum was really impressive, in an interesting way of life was shown to the north, the culture, history, wildlife, air ... We had the chance to enter the area in which to simulate the polar light (the phenomenon that occurs in the north of Finland-polar glow that can be seen in the night-preljevanje different colors of light in the sky), try the polar wind, watch glasses light pole ... It was very instructive and interesting. It's nice, we hung out with a new friend Maja.

Današnji dan je bio rezerviran za izlet na sjever Finske, cilj je bio obići  Selo djeda Mraza,  (koje je poznato kao turističko odredište, osobito u Božićno vrijeme) te grad Rovanijemi, kroz koji prolazi sjeverna obratnica, te zbog toga nastaje prirodni fenomen - sunce u ljetno vrijeme i noću ne zalazi, već ostaje na horizontu, a zimi postoji period kada sunce ne izlazi. U Rovanijemiju je poznati muzej Arktikum-koji je i znanstveno središte.

Na izlet nas je kombijem vozio g.Juha Ahonen, a pridružila nam se i učenica Maja, koja je porijeklom iz hrvatske, ali jako dobro govori engleski jezik, a samo pomalo hrvatski. To je bilo odlično iskustvo jer smo svi mogli vježbati jezike.

Dan je bio lijep i sunčan, imali smo priliku vidjeti mnoge lijepe predjele sjeverne Finske, rijeke, jezera, šume, jedino što ovdje još nije stiglo "proljeće"(iako je kalendarski počelo, priroda se tek sada budi), tako da još nema zelenila, a ponegdje su još nakupine snijega.  Vozili smo se tri sata, obišli Selo Djeda Mraza, s njim čak i razgovarali o razlogu našeg boravka u Finskoj, a on je obečao doći oko Božića u našu zemlju. Slikali smo se i snimili za uspomenu. Ipak rijetko tko ima priliku doći u ovo Selo djeda Mraza na samom sjeveru Zemlje, biti će nam lijepa uspomena.

Arktitkum je bio zaista impresivan, na zanimljiv način je bio prikazan život na sjeveru, kultura , povijest, životinjske vrste, klima... Imali smo priliku ući u prostor u kojem se simulira polarna svijetlost (fenomen koji se pojavljuje na sjeveru Finske- polarna svijetlost koja se može vidjeti noću- preljevanje različitih boja svjetlosti na nebu), iskušati polarni vjetar, gledati naočalima polarnu svijetlost... Bilo je jako poučno i zanimljivo. Lijepo smo se družili sa novom prijateljicom Majom.

Today we have all the excitement expected, because we had a presentation of the Croatian national cuisine, which we have been preparing for the entire academic year. The presentation was in a practicum in college Kuharstvo Luovi. Beside us was a mentor teacher Kuharstvo Kaisa Ollikainen, cook Tija, our teacher Davorka Vajs Kristović, Brigita Jeric, and five students Kuharstvo from Finland: Jemin, Roosi, Jonne, Iida, Joonas. At lunch there were twenty invited guests, a start was at 12.00.

Since yesterday, we made a very good preparation for today's menu, we had to rush too much, everything went according to plan. While Dario Marijan, and asked the table (designed specifically with the details of presenting our earth-ship of dough, deep blue sea, dried-fruit, olives, figs, almonds), Gordon and I have started the preparations.

As soon as the table was set, has sparked the enthusiasm of those present, and have people come take pictures, watch a presentation that was prepaired by projections (photographs Croatian beauty, as well as traditional-music vocal group). College official photographer came poslikati our work for their website, and the school newspaper.
The guests arrived on time, our menu was prepared, so we're very well perform the entire presentation. We have received only praise for our work, and provoked the interest of those present to visit the tourist in our country. There was a positive excitement, head of international projects mrs. Marja-Liisa Penttilla our gratitude on behalf of his college, presented a lovely book about Finnish recipes, and we called for further cooperation through similar projects.
After a hard day we went to dinner, guys went to play ball in the hall floor with Finnish colleagues, and I played boxing. That is how we have to work activities, manage and enjoy your free time.

Današnji dan smo svi sa uzbuđenjem očekivali, jer smo imali prezentaciju hrvatske nacionalne kuhinje, za koju smo se pripremali cijelu školsku godinu. Prezentacija je bila u praktikumu kuharstva u Collegu Luovi. Uz nas je bila mentorica  nastavnica kuharstva Kaisa Ollikainen, kuharica Tija,naše nastavnice Davorka Vajs Kristović, Brigita Jerić,  te pet učenika kuharstva iz finske: Jemina, Roosa, Jonne, Iida, Joonas. Na ručak je bilo pozvano dvadeset uzvanika, a početak je bio u 12.00.

Obzirom smo jučer napravili jako dobru pripremu našeg današnjeg menija, nismo morali previše žuriti, sve je išlo po planu. Dok su Marijan i Darijo postavljali stol (posebno osmišljen, uz  detalje koji prezentiraju našu zemlju- brod od tijesta, plavo more, sušeni plodovi-masline, smokve, bademi), Gordan i ja smo počeli s pripremama.

Čim je stol bio postavljen, izazvao je oduševljenje prisutnih, te su ljudi dolazili slikati, pogledati prezentaciju koja je bila pripremljna putem projekcije (fotografije hrvatskih ljepota, te tradicionalna muzika-klape). Službeni fotograf Collega je došao poslikati naš rad za njihovu web stranicu, te školske novine.

Gosti su stigli na vrijeme, naš meni je bio pripremljen, tako da smo jako dobro izveli cijelu prezentaciju. Dobili smo samo pohvale za naš rad, te izazvali interes prisutnih da posjete turistički našu zemlju. Vladalo je pozitivno uzbuđenje,voditeljica za međunarodne projekte gđa. Marja-Liisa Penttilla nam je zahvalila u ime svog Collega, uručila lijepu knjigu o finskim receptima, te nas pozvala na daljnju suradnju putem sličnih projekata. 

Nakon napornog dana otišli smo na večeru, dečki su otišli igrati floor ball u dvorani sa finskim kolegama, a ja sam igrala boks. Eto tako smo uz radne aktivnosti, uspjeli i uživati u slobodnom vremenu.

Today, our practice was organized in the restaurant Liminka with mentor Mrs. Helen Rautiola. Students working in the restaurant and three cookbooks, and all meals are prepared to be ready at 10:30. The restaurant is based on serving, on menu are plenty of different salads with a main dish (meat or fish). The restaurant is nicely equipped, organized, so it was very nice to work here.

We now have a challenging day, as we have apart from this practical work, but at 12 h should be the second restaurant to start our preparation for tomorrow's presentation of the Croatian national cuisine.

Mentor Helena was distributed tasks
and we had the opportunity to team with our Finnish colleagues to participate in the preparation of each particular food. So I prepared mixed vegetable salad, which is at the end and all meals served in the cabinets, and guests of the restaurant could choose optional spices mild sauces (based on yogurt, mild dressing with dill, etc.). When making salads it was a lot of hacking, I got myself a creative task with the basic ingredients add your own wish, so I added hard-boiled eggs. SMA received a compliment that the salad was tasty and well prepared.

My colleagues Marijan and Darius are preparing for the main course consisted of a traditional Finnish sobovskog meat, which we have not had a chance to see. Food had been prepared stewing in a rotating pan, add the chopped onion, stock, potato, lightly seasoned (Soup). Food are served in a glass case with a hot spa, and guests served themselves.

Marijan is now preparing a dessert, cream pancakes in frying pan and served with vanilla sauce and jam made from wild fruit.

All dishes are very well managed, and most are zadovoljini teamwork and cooperation with our new Finnish colleagues and mentor who made us very well received in his team.

In 12 hours, Mr Reijo Ylijukuri van came for us and carried us to another restaurant, where we have done our preparation for tomorrow's presentation of the Croatian national cuisine. Beside us was the mentor - a teacher Kuharstvo Ollikaninen Kaisa and her cookbook asistantica Tija. We did a great job, were satisfied with done. We finished in 18 hours.

Današnji dan naša praksa je bila organizirana u restoranu Liminka,uz mentoricu gđa. Helenu Rautiola. U restoranu rade učenici i tri kuharice, a sva jela koja se pripremaju moraju biti  gotova u 10:30. Restoran je na bazi posluživanja, a na meniju su obilje raznovrsnih salata uz jedno glavno jelo (mesno ili riblje). Restoran je lijepo opremljen, organiziran, tako da je  vrlo ugodno u njemu raditi.
 
Mi smo danas imali zahtjevan dan, budući smo osim ovog praktičnog djela, već u 12 h  trebali u drugom restoranu početi pripremu za našu sutrašnju prezentaciju hrvatske nacionalne kuhinje.

Mentorica Helena nam je raspodjelila radne zadatke, te smo imali priliku timski s našim finskim kolegama sudjelovati svatko u pripremi određenog jela. Tako sam ja pripremala  mješanu povrtnu salatu, koja se  na kraju kao i sva jela poslužuje u vitrinama, te ju gosti restorana sami odabiru i po želji začine blagim umacima (na bazi jogurta, blagih dresinga s koprom i sl.). Pri izradi salate bilo je dosta sjeckanja, a sama sam dobila kreativni zadatak da uz osnovne sastojke dodam svoj po želji, tako sam ja dodala tvrdo kuhana jaja. Dobila sma pohvalu da je salata bila ukusna i dobro pripremljena.

Moji kolege Marijan i Darijo su pripremali glavno jelo koje se sastojalo od tradicionalnog finskog sobovskog mesa, koje do sada nismo imali priliku vidjeti. Jelo je bilo bilo pripremljeno pirjanjem u rotirajućoj tavi, uz dodavanje nasjeckanog luka, temeljca, krumpira i lagano začinjeno (gulaš juha). Jelo smo poslužili u vitrinu s toplom banjom, te su se gosti sami posluživali.

Marijan je danas pripremao desert, krem-palačinke prženjem na tavi, a poslužene s umakom od vanilije i marmeladom od šumskog voća.

Sva jela su jako dobro uspjela, a najviše smo zadovoljini  timskim radom i suradnjom s našim novim finskim kolegama i mentoricom koji su nas izvrsno primili u svoj tim.

U 12 sati je g. Reijo Ylijukuri došao kombijem po nas, te nas prevezao u drugi restoran, gdje smo radili pripremu za našu sutrašnju prezentaciju hrvatske nacionalne kuhinje. Uz nas je bila i mentorica - nastavnica kuharstva Kaisa Ollikaninen i njena asistantica kuharica Tija. Napravili smo veliki posao, bili zadovoljni s učinjenim. Završili smo u 18 sati.

Nakon posla uživali smo u sportskim aktivnostima u našem Collegu.
