Project ChildWood has teamed with Adventure International — an organization dedicated to conserving iconic wilderness areas and cultural sites around the world — to bring youth these exciting new volunteer expeditions.
Volunteers will work alongside expedition leaders, gaining extensive insight into regional culture and geography while simultaneously helping to protect some of our planet's most spectacular adventure travel destinations.
Volunteer projects consist of trail
maintenance, restoration of wildlife habitat, collection of native plant
seeds as well as a variety of other important tasks.
Trip prices include all ground transportation, lodging, meals, expert leadership and the necessary equipment and tools to complete our projects. Each trip will also incorporate rest days to allow volunteers the opportunity to explore their surroundings in a more leisurely manner. No previous volunteer experience is necessary...just the desire to pitch in and help conserve these international treasures!
