Teaching, coaching, consulting, facilitating

Teaching half-day to two-week Spirit of the New Workplace workshops is what I am aiming to fill my professional time with, so these are the engagements that I am most interested in pursuing right now.  These highly interactive workshops (co-taught with Dr. Peter J. Robertson) provide participants with a mind, body, heart, and soul experience as well as new frameworks and case examples to enhance their leadership capability.  Because of the nature of this educational program, it is uniquely customized to each set of participants, and can range in size from a dozen to a hundred or more.  Ideally, these programs would take place in beautiful resort or spa-like settings (e.g., The Crossings near Austin, The Omega Institute in upstate New York, or Esalen on the California Coast).
In addition, I am pursuing teaching and facilitating opportunities in the area of leadership and organizational behavior more generally and expanding my Spirit of the New Workplace coaching practice.
