SHOULD I ADD EXTRA SUPPORT TO MY WALL FOR A HUGE TV?

Realistically, NO.     but if it gives you peace of mind....knock yourself out.  

TV's are actually not that heavy, even the heaviest tv I've ever seen is feeble in comparison to a large wall mounted aquarium which can weigh up to around 400lbs, and that's before filling with 20 gallons of water.

Distributed properly, even a code compliant non-load-bearing interior wall can support a crazy amount of weight without suffering even the slightest compromise.
