Some people would argue that Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ (2004) is a pornographic film, a kind of snuff movie.  Gibson was accused of antisemitism, and his conduct has not helped to defuse this allegation.  But note that when the Jews say 'His blood be on us, and on our children' [Matthew 27:25], Mel Gibson tactfully does not translate the words into the English subtitles, to spare us our shame.  (Oddly enough, you can read it in the French subtitles, I notice on my copy.)

The film is in Aramaic.  Sadly, not the Aramaic of Jesus's time, but that used about 500 years later and afterwards.  Nevermind.  In any case, if you watch the movie you'll need to know What's popcorn in Aramaic?

The folks at South Park had a go at Mel Gibson's movie and the antisemitic overtones in Aramaic, Cool! (Season 8, Episode 4).
