Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper (1498), a fresco (NOT a painting, thank you, Mr Dan Brown) can be seen in Milan. If there's a woman in the picture, then poor Leonardo forgot to paint one of the Twelve Apostles! Anyway, note that Jesus is saying, 'one of you shall betray me':
BUT...after the Counter-Reformation, the moment portrayed is when Jesus says, 'This is my body', thereby establishing the Eucharist. See, for example, the painting by Juan de Juanes (c.1523-1570), now at the Prado in Madrid:
