SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by ringtones apps 2021 on the Google Play Store (individually and collectively, the "Apps"). It describes how ringtones apps 2021 ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with those Apps.
This Privacy Policy applies to every App published under the Google Play developer account "ringtones apps 2021", including the App you are currently using and any App published under that account in the future.
Where an individual App has its own separate privacy policy, that policy prevails for that App. In all other cases, this Privacy Policy governs.
INTRODUCTION
The Apps provide downloadable sound content - ringtones, notification sounds and alarm tones - and related utilities. The Apps let you browse, preview, download and set sounds on your device.
The Apps do not require an account, do not ask you to register, and do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or any other directly identifying information.
By installing and using an App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information you provide to us
None. The Apps have no sign-up, no login and no contact form. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or payment details. We do not access your contacts, calendar, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
3.2 Information stored only on your device
The following is kept locally on your device and is not transmitted to us:
Your list of favourite items;
Your in-app settings and preferences (language, sound settings, etc.);
Files you have downloaded, saved to your device's media storage.
Uninstalling an App removes this local data.
3.3 Information collected automatically by third-party services
The Apps include third-party software development kits (SDKs) that may collect certain technical information automatically, such as: your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID), device model and manufacturer, operating-system version, language and country, IP address, approximate (coarse) location derived from IP, app version, and information about how you interact with advertisements and with the Apps (screens viewed, session duration, crashes).
This information is generally not directly identifying, and is used for advertising, analytics, crash diagnostics and service improvement. See Section 5 for the full list of providers.
3.4 Content catalogue requests
Some Apps retrieve their content catalogue and audio files from our backend service hosted on Supabase. These requests contain only technical data necessary to serve the content (such as the requested file identifier and your IP address, which is inherent to any internet request). No personal information and no account data is sent.
PERMISSIONS THE APPS REQUEST
Permissions vary by App. A given App requests only the permissions it needs. The permissions used across the Apps are:
Internet - To download content catalogues and audio files, and to load advertisements.
Write Settings - To set a ringtone, notification sound or alarm sound as your device's active sound. This changes only the sound setting you explicitly choose.
Modify Audio Settings - To preview and apply sound settings correctly.
Post Notifications - To show notifications (for example, download progress or content updates), only if you grant it.
Storage (read / write, older Android versions only) - To save downloaded files to your device's media storage so other apps can use them.
The Apps do not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS or call-log permissions.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Apps may integrate the following third-party services. Not every App uses every service. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:
Google AdMob - Advertising - https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Google Play Services - Core platform services - https://policies.google.com/privacy
Yandex Mobile Ads - Advertising (in supported regions) - https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/

ADVERTISING
The Apps are free and are supported by advertising, delivered through Google AdMob and, in certain regions, Yandex Mobile Ads.
Ad providers may use your device's advertising identifier and technical information about your device to display advertisements, including personalised advertisements. The Apps may show banner, native, interstitial, app-open and rewarded advertisement formats.
How to control personalised advertising
Android device settings: open Settings > Privacy > Ads (path may vary by device) and choose "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation".
In-app consent: where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the App displays a consent form on first launch. You may change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy Choices inside the App.
Google Ads Settings: https://adssettings.google.com
Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove advertisements; it means the advertisements you see are less likely to be tailored to you.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information processed through the Apps is used only to:
provide, operate and maintain the Apps and their content catalogues;
display advertisements that keep the Apps free;
understand how the Apps are used, so we can improve them;
detect, diagnose and fix crashes, errors and performance problems;
comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
DATA SHARING
We do not share personal information with third parties except with the service providers listed in Section 5, which process it on our behalf for the purposes described above, and where required by law (for example in response to a valid legal request).
DATA RETENTION
We do not maintain user accounts and therefore do not retain personal profiles. Locally stored data (favourites, settings, downloaded files) remains on your device until you delete it within an App or uninstall the App. Aggregated or anonymised analytics and crash reports are retained by the relevant providers according to their own retention policies.
SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because the Apps do not create accounts and do not collect directly identifying information, we may not hold information that can be linked to you. You may still contact us with any request using the details in Section 15, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
The third-party providers listed in Section 5 may process information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. These providers implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when the updated policy is posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. This Privacy Policy applies to all Apps published under the developer account "ringtones apps 2021", including Apps published after the date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
