Priscilla Fialho

I am a labour market economist in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). I am currently working in the Skills and Employability Division, where I am mostly involved with the development of PIAAC (Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies).

I hold a PhD in economics from the University College London.

My main research interests are applied and labour economics. I have been working on structural estimation techniques to evaluate policy interventions. I am particularly interested in dual labour markets and Employment Protection Legislation.
