Priscilla Fialho

I am a junior economist in the Economics Department at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). I am currently working in the Public Economics Division.

I am also a PhD Student in the Economics Department at University College London and a PhD Scholar in the Centre for Microdata Methods and Practice at the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

My main research interests are applied and labour economics. I have been working on structural estimation techniques to evaluate policy interventions. I am particularly interested in dual labour markets and Employment Protection Legislation.

My PhD supervisors are Jean-Marc Robin and Jeremy Lise. My PhD studies have been funded by the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT) and the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), Centre for Microdata Methods and Practice (CeMMAP).
