Zesty Homemade Italian Salad Dressing

Makes 1⅓ cups


¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

⅓ cup red wine vinegar

1½ tablespoons real maple syrup

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

4 small garlic cloves, minced


1. Put all of the ingredients in a jar and shake it up.

2. Store leftover dressing in the jar in the refrigerator. You will need to shake it before each use to re-emulsify.
