A link to scans of Mary Pringle's scrapbook
Once I began researching Frank and Nell, I made several visits to the Antique Emporium where I had originally found the letters to see if I could find any more papers from the family. I was in luck. In a pile of old scrapbooks, I found an album from the 1880s that had belonged to Nellie's sister, Mary Hudson Pringle. Needless to say, we snapped it up right away. I took out as many cards as possible in order to preserve them, photographing the layout of each page before removing the cards. Afterward, I scanned all of the cards so that I could share them with readers online.
Here is the gallery that documents this wonderful old Victorian scrapbook.
