Change something. Change nothing.

There’s a French expression:

"Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose."

Translated, this means "the more things change, the more they stay the same".

When "plus ça change" popped into my head one day, it developed into the FluxScore:

Change something. Change nothing.

You are in my Sights (Missing Mountain Lost Dreaming)
When work started on two new houses that are going to block my view of the mountain, this 'dream sequence' came to mind... The soundtrack is comprised of recorded sounds from the builders' activities, and environmental sounds including sparrows and a peacock.

39 moves, 1 item

Sometimes, no matter how hard we look, we just can't see.
This is something about having to move home a lot, leaving things behind and, in the new home, buying something that's a different colour to the one before and trying to find it...

39 peelings
This is also something about having to move home a lot...  There's an old Scottish Gaelic saying:

Is ioma ni a chailleas fear na h-imrich
or
Many a thing drops from the man who often flits.

('Flit' is Scottish slang for moving house.)

Drops? Peels?
