Welcome to the Prince George's Choral Society!



...Celebrating our 54th season in 2016-17!


The Prince George's Choral Society is a dedicated group of singers based in Prince George's County, Maryland devoted to performing  a wide repertoire of classical, popular, patriotic, sacred, and contemporary music for the enjoyment of audiences in the D.C. Metropolitan area.

Rehearsals are held at Mowatt Memorial United Methodist Church, 40 Ridge Road, Greenbelt, Maryland, 20770 (see map below), on Monday evenings at 7.30 pm to 10 pm (the entrance is at the back of the church).  New members are welcome!  For further information, contact Marcia Porterfield at 301-249-3151, or marciaep"at"verizon.net.

In March 2014, the Prince George's Choral Society was cited by the Maryland General Assembly "in recognition of their 52 years of dedicated service and artistic contributions to the community".
