Please mark your calendar and try to attend the regular scheduled meeting on April 17th 2014 from 7:00 to 8:30 in the PHS Band Room. Information from the Italian Dinner and Silent Auction will be disseminated. Also on the agenda; we will address a request to help recondition the football field.
Although the school year is winding down, there is important business that we need to conduct and we need all the boosters to participate.
Prescott Kiwanis Auction runs 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. each weeknight from Monday, March 24th through April 4th in which hundreds of items including food certificates to Mexican Vacations and lots of items in between are auctioned off each night. The auction crew includes a bank of 14 phone operators, which the boosters and students will fill on Tuesday, April 1st. Arrangements have also been made for the marimba named "Kiwanis" by the percussion students, which was made possible by a generous donation made by the Prescott Kiwanis Club, will be on set on April 1st and a short musical demonstration performed by Kye Davis.
Most of the operator positions have been filled, but if you would like to participate, contact President Noel Kingston. We can shorten the shifts and let more students participate as needed.
Be sure to tune in to the auction, especially Tuesday night on Cable Channel 13 or watch it streaming on the Internet at www.prescottkiwanisauction.com
