Eight acres, at Kororarika. 101 acres at the Bay of Islands. Piece of land at Kororarika. One quarter of an acre at Kororarika. Half an acre, at Kororarika. 435 acres, near the property of Captain Clendon. Four acres and fourteen perches, near Kororarika. 350 acres, near Oneroa Beach, Bay of Islands. Half an acre situated at Typoonah, Bay of Islands. One eighth of an acre at Kororarika. 500 acres on the Waikate river, Bay of Islands. Five acres, near Kororarika. One acre at Kororarika.

Sydney MARRIED. By license, on the 19th instant, at Christ's Church, by the Rev. J. H. Wilkinson, Captain William Winter, of Sussex-street South, to Caroline Elizabeth, eldest daughter of Mr. T. Spicer, late of New Zealand, who for many years was a respectable auctioneer in this City.

Sydney DIED,11th Sept 1847 On Friday morning, the 10th instant, at the General Hospital, after a long and painful illness, which he bore with Christian fortitude, Mr. Thomas Spicer, late of New Zealand, an old and respected inhabitant of this city.
