Permanent Collection

Several years ago the Prairie Arts Council began a small collection of the art of local and area artists and artists who had a local area connection. The collection has grown slowly over the years as artists have donated a piece of their work or, on occasion the Council purchased work that may have been exhibited or that seemed particularly important to conserve. Now designated as the Prairie Arts Council Permanent Collection, it includes 31 individual pieces of art and a large collection Lilian Fendig art, archives and artifacts received from the Fendig estate in 2004.
