Keep your brain, body and passion functioning intact during aging

Aging is inevitable, you can maintain or improve your brain power through simple anti-aging brain exercises such as, games and activities.

Aging is an inevitable process. Ageing is a part of life: a person is born, they entre the stages of childhood, adolescence and adulthood, and hopefully they age happily and healthily along the way. It's an inevitable process and, despite what the beauty industry tells us, an irreversible one.

Aging is not a disease

According to Wikipedia, Ageing or aging (see spelling differences) is the process of becoming older. The term refers especially to human beings, many animals, and fungi. In humans, aging represents the accumulation of changes in a human being over time[1] and can encompass physical, psychological, and social changes. Reaction time, for example, may slow with age, while knowledge of world events and wisdom may expand. Aging is among the greatest known risk factors for most human diseases: of the roughly 150,000 people who die each day across the globe, about two-thirds die from age-related causes.

Population aging is the increase in the number and proportion of older people in society. Population aging has three possible causes: migration, longer life expectancy (decreased death rate) and decreased birth rate. Aging has a significant impact on society. Young people tend to have fewer legal privileges (if they are below the age of majority), they are more likely to push for political and social change, to develop and adopt new technologies, and to need education. Older people have different requirements from society and government, and frequently have differing values as well, such as for property and pension rights.
