COUNSEL - Counsel should have a thorough knowledge of the industry and its climate.  The lawyer's time and efforts should bring VALUE to the client - good value for money.  The greatest opportunity for value-added collaboration with legal counsel lies in planning and advising, so that problems can be avoided and objectives of the client achieved with maximum efficiency.
