We have comprehensive information available on a wide range of services available to older people in the Counties Manukau community and beyond.  You may visit us to view these resources @ Cambria Park Homestead, 250 Puhinui Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025 or attend one of our Health Promotion Programmes, Melanie always has lots of resources with her or attend one of our Mobile Community Clinics to discuss your needs.

Triple A - Active Ageing Action Plan available for individuals to invest in themselves to plan for their retirement year. $189 pp for 4 x 3-hour modules with interactive activities and resources. Go to our website to see more information.  Triple A information
