As finding a job increasingly moves away from the traditional paper resume, formats--such as eportfolios--that allow potential employers a more detailed look at applicants' qualifications and experiences become more popular.

Portfolio to Professoriate (P2P) is a project that assists students in developing professional eportfolios through:
  • Feedback on eportfolio construction
  • Online eportfolio curricula
  • Additional research methods on the effectiveness of eportfolios
