HB 392, the Apiary Owners Immunity Bill-- Needs your help to "get out of committee!"
The Ohio Senate Agricultural Committee needs to hear the “buzz” of beekeepers. Sign onto the OSBA Letter seeking a Vote of the Senate Agriculture Committee so HB 392 can move forward. You can also call the members of the Senate Ag. Committee to encourage them to vote in favor of HB 392. Tell your beekeeper friends, gardeners, farmers, and everyone who enjoys delicious, nutritious fruits, nuts, vegetables, and seeds to ask the Ohio House to hold a committee vote of HB 392 in this legislative session.
