Beginner's Tips for Meditating

Stuff for starting out the easy way

Some people think of meditation and automatically think of some far out cult, or automatically associate it with religion. This does not have to be so!

These techniques are here to help people gain back a portion of their mind in just a few minutes a day. I know that most people think it's crazy, but that’s about how long it takes to help calm a person down.  


Starting out tends to be the hardest part for people. 

Here's what I recommend:

  1. Setting the timing
  2. Test it out then adjust
  3. Common issues occurred
  4. Try and try again
  5. Feed back... ask the question I'll give you an answer to the best of my ability.
