Jane is owner and principal coach and consultant of JEDInc Consulting. She helps individuals, teams and organizations to be their best. She coaches and consults with Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups alike. Her areas of expertise include talent and change management. She has over 20 years of experience in the business world. Prior to starting her business, Jane worked for Rockwell Automation. There she led the change strategy and tactics for one of the company’s largest multi-year, global initiatives. She also has C-Suite experience supporting the company as they went through a functional reorganization.
Jane has a Master’s of Business Administration from Marquette University. She received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from the International Coach Federation. Jane serves as a meta-coach in Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence coach training. In addition to her coaching and consulting work, Jane teaches at Marquette University and in the executive programs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
