Steve is a certified Master Blackbelt / Lean Leader with over 15 years of experience training and coaching people in Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement and Leadership Skills. Over his career, he has trained nearly 5,000 students and developed the first Transactional Lean Showcase Sites globally for both General Electric and Cooper Industries.
