David Splitgerber is a transition and business coach based in Wisconsin with clients around the United States. The Entrepreneur's Source is a coaching/consulting firm specializing in self-employment business options. He consults with people regarding business ownership and franchising, and coaches them through their exploration of options for owning a business or franchise.   David is extremely adept at identifying options that fit both an individual's lifestyle and financial goals. He works with outplacement firms, providing seminars on how to find the right business model, guest lecturing on Franchising at local universities, Chambers of Commerce and writing articles for various publications. The Entrepreneur's Source conducts online Franchise EXPO webinars across the United States 6 times a year. This enables thousands of people to learn more about franchising and how to explore their options in this exciting and rapidly growing industry. 

David's early career in the pharmaceutical industry provided opportunities for consulting with major hospitals and institutions. As the accounts leader of a sales team he focused on assisting his team in understanding the value of consulting and coaching versus selling to build long term relationships with their clients and customers. Prior to that David hired and trained employees in the retail sector, and also had responsibility interacting and building relationships with C-suite executives for regional and national corporations.  He has won numerous sales awards throughout his career, and is proud of his nomination for a corporate Integrity Award and the inaugural winner of the Living Our Values Everyday Award. These experiences led him to search for a business opportunity where he could utilize his skills and knowledge to help other people and businesses.  He opened the Milwaukee regional office for the Entrepreneur's Source in Wisconsin to accomplish this lifelong goal.
