As a financial advisor at Robert W. Baird, Haly Besaw specializes in helping people more effectively manage life’s transitional events in a way that enhances their confidence and outlook for the future. As a professional woman who has personally experienced life changing events, Haly provides the inside knowledge and financial know-how to help turn these challenging times into opportunities.

Haly graduated from MSOE with a degree in Electrical Engineering, afterwards working as an engineer for the Department of the Navy on missile and targeting systems. Her time as an engineer taught her to think analytically and strategically and review situations fully before making recommendations, an approach she employs in financial planning.

Haly is very active in her community of Cedarburg where she lives with her husband and three children. She has a passion for music, playing flute in the Lakeshore Symphonic Band. Haly also enjoys hiking the many State Parks in Wisconsin, volunteers for numerous local organizations and has served as a Cedarburg City Council Member for four years.
