Gary Loop is a former stand-up comedian, who later spent 20+ years working in business. Gary was employed at We Energies for fourteen years, where he finished his career as the Operations Manager for Field Operations and later the Operations Manager for the Contact Center, which handled three million contacts per year. He left We Energies to become the Call Center Director at the City of Milwaukee.
Five years ago, he started Loop Group, LLC, which is a business designed to help his clientele with operations, strategy, customer experience, employee engagement, and a host of metrics designed to bring entities the success they could never envision. At the same time, he assists in creating a strong labor force and training leadership on methodologies to develop a healthy workplace.
