This is the official web site for the LGBTQA Club at the Polytechnic Institute of New York University.
The LGBTQA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Ally) Club is a student organization devoted to maintaining a safe supportive, and encouraging environment for members of the LGBTQA community at NYU-POLY. We work to educate members of the campus community about the LGBT community and issues affecting them. We also works to abolish all forms of homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, and heterosexism within both the Poly campus community as well as the surrounding community. We are founded on the principle that everyone is equal regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
We are still in the process of deciding when to host meetings. There is a link on the sidebar that allows you to state when they are available so we can have as many people as possible at the meetings. You can begin filling it out now!
Even though we are a student organization, our meetings and events are open to anyone who wishes to attend.
