How to map a district in Colorado using the mapping data from the reapportionment committee.

Step 9 Go to my places on Google maps (that requires a Google sign on, same as you'd use for gmail, google+, youtube, etc)

Step 10 click the "Create map" button, and enter a title and description that makes sense.
