Welcome to my personal web page.

Currently, I am Assistant Professor of Economics at the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at the Turkish-German University in Istanbul. 

Before, I was Stand-in Professor at the Chair of Economic Policy at the Faculty of Business and Economics at TU Dortmund University and before that, I was post-doctoral fellow in the DFG-funded research project “Continuous-Time Modeling of Dynamic, Stochastic Equilibrium Models – Theory and Applications” at the University of Hamburg.

November 2021:
My paper "Fiscal Spending Multipliers over the Household Leverage Cycle" (joint with Mathias Klein and Roland Winkler) has been accepted for publication in the European Economic Review.
