Q: I need technical support, what should I do?

A: Read user manual first, please. If your proble still exists contact us on the email. You should write serial number of your device, software version which you are using and OS of your computer.

Before you contacting us, be sure that you are registered.

Q: Can PoScope be used on Mac?

A: Some users reported us that they are running the software on a MacBook Pro 2.2GHz,
using WinXP Pro under Parallels.

A: There are reports that works also on Intel Mac on wmware.

Q: I am using first version of PoScope, is it supported by newest software?

A: All devices will be supported also in new versions of software. We promised you free upgrades.
