Each year, Point Defiance AAZK celebrates the staff of Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium during National Zoo Keeper Week. Our focus is to show our appreciation for our staff - both zoological and support staff - for their tireless work to keep our fantastic facility one of the best. Point Defiance AAZK joins many other chapters in thanking Representative Susan A. Davis for introducing H. Res. 509 - Supporting the goals and ideals of National Zoo Keeper Week, and other purposes - to Congress on June 21st, 2007.
