Current Rates

  • $300 for any weekend (3pm friday through 2pm sunday)
  • $400 for a three-day weekend
  • $500 for a three-day Holiday weekend (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Christmas, New Years, etc)
  • $600 for any full week!
All rates subject to a $200 deposit. Deposit will be refunded promptly one week after the end of the rental period.  Repeat renters pay no deposit.  All amounts are also subject to 6% PA Occupancy Tax and a 3% County Excise Tax.
