INSTRUMENT PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

We are providing an opportunity for students to pick up their instruments on Friday, March 27 from 12-2 pm.  I am making myself available on Friday to ensure students have the opportunity to pick up their instrument.  The following guidelines must be followed if you wish to pick up your instrument. 

1.  You will sign up for a time below using the google spreadsheet.  Please do not arrive early so there is not a huge line of cars leading to the band room.  We are trying to avoid large crowds for obvious reasons.

2.  When you pull onto campus, you should utilize the C Lot or rear entrance of  WHS so when you drive up to the band room doors from the outside, the band room doors will be on your left and the athletic fields will be on your right.

3.  I will bring your instrument out at the time you signed up for.  Please stay in your vehicle and just pop the trunk so I can place the instrument in your car.  

4.  When that is finished, you can continue driving and exit through the front entrance.  

I have been extremely cautious about my health since we left school and will continue to do what is best for my health, my family, and everyone I come in contact with.  With that in mind, I am providing this opportunity for students to pick up their instruments so they may continue to practice and improve while we are away from school.  I will not let anyone other than myself in the band room.  I will only pass along instruments, I will not search through your locker to find your calculator or anything else that you may have left in your locker.  I'm sure the district will provide additional time for students to retrieve those items at a later date.  If you have any questions about the above procedure, please feel free to email me at jmark@pmsd.org.  Thank you and I hope everyone is staying healthy!
