If you can, please consider remaining a Heart-of-Rotary/Team member as the revenue from meals billed in advance but not consumed is used by the club to fund administrative costs. Historically, revenue from meals not consumed has been sufficient to cover over $20,000 in club administration costs as well as provide several thousand extra dollars which are added to revenue from fundraisers for community donations and service projects.

Also, for those in a position to do so, please consider requesting that you be invoiced an additional amount each quarter to be used as a gift to be added to the general funds that the club draws upon to fund local service projects and donations or to fund a specific project of your choosing that is in harmony with Rotary values and objectives.
